Town with shared alley【ブリスト北浦和 縁路の街】


This project is a residential district where a single alley is planned by sharing the unusable space of 5 units. Due to urban planning, no construction is allowed within 1-meter of the site boundary in this area. By sharing this space among the five units, a 2-meter-wide shared pedestrian street is planned. This not only ensures the safety of the residents, but also allows them to plan their rooms in locations with good lighting and ventilation conditions. In addition, benches and terraces are provided along the alley to foster community among residents.
